Dr. Laura Rushford is a highly trained prosthodontist with a passion for delivering comprehensive dental care. Raised in the North Shore of Boston, she completed both her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and advanced specialty training at the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she earned a Master of Medical Sciences degree in Oral Biology. During her time at Harvard, she was honored with the Whip Mix Corporation – Hanau Award in Prosthodontics and was the first to receive the Pelletier Family Fellowship in Prosthodontics.

Dr. Rushford’s diverse background includes a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She began her career as a process development engineer before finding her true calling in dentistry. This unique foundation has fueled her innovative approach to patient care.

Dr. Rushford specializes in advanced restorative and esthetic dentistry, including full-arch all-on-X treatments, removable prosthetics, and implant-supported crowns and bridges. She also performs a wide range of general dental services, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care for all their dental needs. Additionally, she is Invisalign certified and trained by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to administer Botulinum Toxin for both esthetic enhancements and the treatment of orofacial pain, clenching, and bruxism.

Outside of the office, Dr. Rushford is dedicated to community outreach, enjoys traveling, running, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
