Madona Mercado, RDH, BSDH Dental Hygienist
Even at a young age Madona was interested in dentistry. Unlike most children her age, she actually enjoyed going to the dentist. But it wasn’t until completing her Medical Assistant training that she realized she wanted to work in the dental field.
Madona finds the work at North Andover Dental Partners very rewarding since she gets to know the patients and their families on a personal level, developing connection that last over the years. She also enjoys being involved in the process of empowering people to be confident in their smiles.
Working at North Andover Dental Partners has been very enjoyable for Madona. The team members are always supporting each other, creating an almost familial bond and working environment.
When she’s not at work she loves spending time with her family, dancing, reading, and traveling (especially to Puerto Rico).
Madona is fluent in Spanish.
